At its December 16, 2025 meeting, the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia decided to:
- Reduce the Refinancing Rate by 25 basis points, setting it at 6.50 %
- Set the Lombard Repo Facility Rate at 8.00 %.
- Set the Deposit Facility Rate at 5.00 %.
The Press Conference, led by CBA Governor Martin Galstyan, will take place today at 14:00, and will be streamed live on the CBA’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
The CBA Monetary Policy Report and Transparency Report will be published today at 18:00 օn the CBA website.
