The White House is confident that the US and Ukraine will soon conclude a deal on natural resources.
As US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said in an interview with Fox News, US Chief of Staff Donald Trump is determined on this issue.
“The Ukraine deal will be done. Negotiators worked hard over the weekend, and first and foremost this concerns [Treasury] Secretary Scott Bessent and the president,” he said.
“The president is determined to do this,” he added.
