Russian authorities have put forward new conditions for Western companies that want to return to the market: they will have to transfer technologies and localize production at a high level, Bloomberg reports. According to sources, such requirements are set out in the Finance Ministry’s draft.
It is also planned to take into account the opinion of competitors – without their approval, businesses may not be allowed to return․
