Trump’s rating has grown

Donald Trump’s approval rating in the first quarter of his second term reached 45%, higher than the same period of his first term, when it was 41%.

This was reported by The Hill, citing Gallup poll data. For comparison, the average approval rating of US presidents in the first three months from 1952 to 2020 was 60%.

The rise in the rating is recorded against the backdrop of Trump’s economic steps. He recently announced a 10% tariff on almost all imports, with higher tariffs for individual countries. China is the only one not affected by the 90-day delay in the new measures.
