Օրենսդրական համապատասխան փոփոխություններ իրականացնելուց հետո կմշակվեն ծխախոտի և ալկոհոլի պարտադիր մակնշման նոր համակարգի համար անհրաժեշտ այլ իրավական ակտեր և կսահմանվեն համակարգի ներդրման ժամկետներ։
Ըստ նախնական գնահատականների, ծխախոտի արտադրանքի նոր համակարգով դրոշմավորումը նախատեսվում է սկսել 2023 թվականի հունվարի 15-ից։
Ծխախոտի և ալկոհոլի պարտադիր մակնշման փորձնական ծրագիրն ակտիվ իրականացման փուլում է։
