Մարտին՝ Ուկրաինայում «հատուկ գործողության» մեկնարկից հետո, գերմանական OBI GmbH-ն հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանում գործունեության դադարեցման մասին, իսկ հետո որոշել վաճառել բիզնեսը տեղական ներդրողին: Ռուսական OBI (60%) բիզնեսի սեփականատեր է դարձել Յոզեֆ Լիոկումովիչը։ Վերջինս Forbes-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է՝ բիզնեսն իր վրա արժեցել է 600 ռուբլի:
«OBI GmbH-ն տնտեսապես առողջ, հրաշալի ընկերություն է, բայց այս բիզնեսում պետք է շատ ներդրումներ կատարել, կարգուկանոն հաստատել»,- պատմել է Լիոկումովիչը։
Նրա խոսքով ՝ 2021-ին ընկերության վնասները կազմել են 2,5 մլրդ ռուբլի, իսկ 2019-ին այն գնահատվել է 100 մլն եվրո։
Լիոկումովիչը նշում է՝ ընկերության մնացած 40 %-ը պատկանում է ոչ այդքան հայտնի ռուս գործընկերոջը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ OBI-ն Ռուսաստանում աշխատում է 2003 թվականից։ Այժմ այն ներառում է 27 հիպերմարկետ, որոնցում աշխատում էր մոտ 4900 աշխատակից։
