Ռուսաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկը այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին, բարձրացրել է իր հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը 3,5 տոկոսային կետով՝ մինչև 12%, այն բանից հետո, երբ նախորդ օրը ռուբլու փոխարժեքը հասել է 17՝ ամսվա նվազագույնին, գրում է CNN-ը:
Հայտարարությունից հետո ռուբլին հաստատվել է 98՝ ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց:
Ռուսաստանի Բանկը հայտարարել է, որ իր որոշումը, որն ընդունվել է երկուշաբթի հայտարարված արտահերթ նիստում, «ուղղված է գների կայունության ռիսկերի սահմանափակմանը»:
«Ներքին պահանջարկի կայուն աճը, որը գերազանցում է արտադրությունն ընդլայնելու կարողությունը, ուժեղացնում է հիմքում ընկած գնաճային ճնշումը և ազդում է ռուբլու փոխարժեքի դինամիկայի վրա», — ասվում է Կենտրոնական բանկի մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
«Ռուբլու արժեզրկման ազդեցությունը գների վրա թափ է հավաքում, իսկ գնաճի սպասումներն աճում են», — նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
ՌԴ կենտրոնական բանկը հայտարարել է, որ այս քայլը նպատակ ունի հաջորդ տարի գնաճը իջեցնել մինչև 4%:
Ռուսաստանում սպառողական գների տարեկան գնաճը հուլիսին կազմել է 4,3%։
