Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն օրերս Կասկադի հատվածում 40-ից ավելի հաստաբուն ծառեր է կտրել, ինչը քաղաքացիների մոտ դժգոհություն և զայրույթ է առաջացրել:
Բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ սոցիալական ցանցերում լուսանկարներ և տեսանյութեր են տեղադրել` քաղաքային իշխանությանն ուղղված քննադատական գրառումներով։
Ավելի ուշ պարզ դարձավ, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը նախատեսում է հատված ծառերի փոխարեն տնկել ճապոնական սակուրա տեսակի նոր ծառեր։
«Կանաչապատում և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանություն» ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արմեն Բեգոյանը Երևանի ավագանու գործակարգավարական նիստում ներկայացրեց սակուրա ծառատեսակներ ընտրելու դրդապատճառները:
«Կասկադի տարածքում տնկելու համար հատուկ են ընտրվել ոչ շատ մեծ սաղարթով ծառեր՝ սակուրաներ։ Նախ մայթն այդտեղ բնաբաժակից մինչև շենքի պատ մեկ մետր է, շատ նեղ է: Մենք գիտակցված ընտրել ենք այնպիսի ծառատեսակներ, որոնց սաղարթը շատ մեծ չէ: Կան չափանիշներ, որոնք պետք է կիրառվեն՝ մասնավորապես մարդկանց լույսը պետք է չփակվի և այլն։ Եվս մեկ դրդապատճառն այն է, որ այնտեղ գտնվում է Թամանյանի արձանը: Մեծ Թամանյանը մեր վարդագույն Երևանը գծագրող ճարտարապետն է: Սակուրները ծաղկման շրջանում ունեն վարդագույն գույն»,-նշել է Բեգոյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ սակուրա ծառատեսակներն ավելի երկար են ապրում, քան թեղիները:
Banksnews.am—ն ուսումնասիրել է՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը որքան է վճարել 1 սակուրա ծառի համար և թե «Կանաչապատում և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանություն» ՀՈԱԿ-ի կողմից ինչ այլ տեսակի ծառեր են գնվել այս տարվա ընթացքում։
ՀՈԱԿ-ը փետրվարի 2-ին 4 մլն 934 հազար դրամի գնման պայմանագիր է ստորագրել «Կանաչ Հեքիաթ» ՍՊԸ-ի (Տնօրեն Նարեկ Քոչարյան) հետ՝ սակուրա տեսակի ծառեր ձեռք բերելու համար։
Պայմանագրում նշված է սակուրայի 2 տեսակի մասին։ Դրանցից մեկը «Սակուրա ճապոնական, ռոյալ բուրգունդի» տեսակն է, որից քաղաքապետարանը ձեռք է բերել 100 հատ՝ վճարելով շուրջ 3 մլն 600 հազար դրամ։ Այս տեսակի մեկ ծառն արժե 72 հազար 490 դրամ։
Երկրորդը «Սակուրա ճապոնական Սերուիաթա կիկու շիդարու» տեսակն է։ Սրանից քաղաքապետարանը ձեռք է բերել 20 հատ՝ վճարելով 1 մլն 309 հազար դրամ։ 1 հատն արժե 65 հազար 490 դրամ։
ՀՈԱԿ-ի ղեկավար Բեգոյանն ավագանու գործակարգավարական նիստում վստահեցրեց, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ձեռք բերած ծառատեսակներ միայն 4-5 տոկոսն է սակուրա, մնացածն ավելի մեծ սաղարթով ծառեր են` սոսի, կաղնի և այլն։
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ 150 հատ սակուրա ենք ձեռք բերել նախատեսվող 2500 ծառից»,– ասաց նա։
Banksnews.am—ն ուսումնասիրել է նաև ՀՈԱԿ-ի կատարած գնումների մյուս պայմանագրերը։
Այսպիսով՝ «Կանաչապատում և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանություն» ՀՈԱԿ-ը բացի Սակուրաներից, ձեռք է բերել նաև լորենիներ, խնձորենիներ, Ձիակակ պավիա, Ալբիցիա լենքորանան, եղևնի։
ՀՈԱԿ-ը մարտին գնման պայմանագիր է կնքել «Հրաբուխ» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ՝ 2 մլն 175 հազար դրամի, «Բերրի Վորլդ» ընկերության հետ՝ 10 մլն 788 հազար դրամի, փետրվարին՝ «Արտաշես Մեծ» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ՝ 2 մլն 908 հազար դրամի։
