Առողջապահության նախարարությանն անհրաժեշտ է իրավաբան իրավաբանական վարչության աշխատանքներում ներգրավելու համար
Մասնագետի գործառույթներն են.
1. իրականացնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության բնագավառի իրավական ակտերի` օրենքների, Կառավարության որոշումների, վարչապետի որոշումների, Առողջապահության նախարարի նորմատիվ, անհատական և ներքին հրամանների նախագծերի կազմման աշխատանքներ.
2. մասնակցում է առողջապահության բնագավառի առանձին ոլորտների զարգացման հայեցակարգերի, ռազմավարությունների, քաղաքականության մշակման աշխատանքներին.
3. կազմում է իրավական եզրակացություններ նախարարության այլ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ներկայացված իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի վերաբերյալ.
4. իրականացնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության բնագավառի օրենսդրության կատարելագործման ուղղված աշխատանքներ, օրենսդրական բացերի վերացմանն ուղղված առաջարկների ձևավորում և ներկայացում.
5. տրամադրում է իրավական եզրակացություններ առողջապահության բնագավառում` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության, նախարարության անունից կնքվող միջազգային պայմանագրերի,փոխըմբռման հուշագրերի վերաբերյալ.
6. իրականացնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատարաններ նախարարության անունից հայցադիմումների, վճարման կարգադրագրերի, վերաքննիչ, վճռաբեկ բողոքների, ինչպես նաև նախարարության դեմ ներկայացված հայցադիմումների, վերաքննիչ, վճռաբեկ բողոքների պատասխանների կազմման աշխատանքներ.
7. ներկայացնում է օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով նախարարության շահերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատարաններում.
8. կազմում է իրավական եզրակացություններ նախարարության անունից կնքվող քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրերի, նախարարության այլ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ներկայացված պայմանագրերի վերաբերյալ.
9. իրականացնում է միջազգային պայմանագրերի, կոնվենցիաների, այլ պետությունների կողմից ընդունած իրավական ակտերի ուսումնասիրություն և վերլուծություն:
